Section 35
Grievance Management

(1) According to the prevailing law, if any foreign investor or industry has any complaint regarding any action taken by the official of the registration, regulation or monitoring of the industry or any officer of the single point service center, he may file an application for a hearing before the said business opening department.
(2) Complaints received under sub-section (1) shall be addressed by the department as prescribed.
(3) If there is any complaint of a foreign investor or industry in relation to any action taken by the department or the single point service center, he/she may file an application for a hearing before the ministry.
(4) Complaints received under sub-section (3) shall be addressed by the Ministry as prescribed.
